"The Kingsmoot" is part of the Histories & Lore, a special feature from Game of Thrones: The Complete Sixth Season. It is narrated by Pilou Asbæk as King Euron Greyjoy.
My concept was to have Nagga--a legendary sea dragon from Ironborn legend--act as a guide that leads us through centuries of Iron Islands history. Working with an illustrator, I created a 3D world that would match the look of his artwork, then inserted his drawn elements into it, sometimes layering and shaping them to give them added depth. Modeling and animation were done in Cinema 4D, with post in After Effects.
